Science regarding utilizing nanotubes to make a capacitor soak up more energy and become a defacto battery at a workable capacity for today's electronics. This would not likely require H2SO4 (sulfuric acid) and would be able to be charged in seconds.

    This would fit the Peak Oil timeframe okay.
