Looks like a suitcase with wheels, but hey, 3,145 mpg!!! Is that nuts or what? (in a good way). Maybe a fin, some red paint, a bike rack, and it would rock yes? No note on how fast it goes though.
Kind of a waste of talent given that no one would use it. However this is nice to know once again that solutions exist.
Reading about it, it’s a completely internal combustion engine, no assists or batteries.
