		<description>Southern Ontario is ideally suited to handle energy scaricty.  Yes we have coal and natural gas, so aren&#039;t getting away from it, but with lots of hydroelectric and nuclear power, we may not hit the potential blackout level of most parts of Canada or US states.  Quebec would equally be buffeted by declines to some degree.
